Website terms
These cover the use of this website. The work itself is governed by the written quote and agreement for your project, not by this page.

Using this site
You are welcome to read, quote and link to anything here. What you may not do is copy the site wholesale, pass our work off as your own, or scrape it to rebuild it under another name. The writing, design, code, photography and the Telic name and mark belong to Telic.
Prices on this site are indicative
The figures on the pricing page are honest starting points, not a quote. Builds are priced to the job — pages and depth, what the thing has to do, how ready your content is, and how fast you need it. Only a written quote from us is an offer, and it holds for the scope and period it states. Prices are in Trinidad & Tobago dollars unless a quote says otherwise; anything shown in another currency is a convenience conversion and the TTD figure is the one that binds.
Hosting and care are billed separately
A build is a one-time fee. Hosting, care plans and any ongoing work are separate, run on a monthly basis, and can be arranged through Telic or directly with ServersRus, which is a separate business with its own terms of service. Cancelling one does not cancel the other.
The portfolio
Every project on the work page is a live site we designed and built. Those sites are owned and operated by the businesses they belong to: their names, logos, photographs, prices and content are theirs, not ours, and showing them here is not an endorsement by them of Telic or a claim about their business. Links leave this site, and we are not responsible for what a third-party site does after you arrive.
If you are one of those businesses and would rather not appear here, tell us and we will take it down.
The six-question brief
The brief is a starting point produced from the answers you give, in your own browser. It is a recommendation, not a quote, not a specification and not professional advice about your business. Nothing in it commits either of us to anything.
The site itself
We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for loss arising from relying on general information published here. That is different from the work we do for you, which carries the commitments set out in your project agreement.
Project work
Scope, timeline, payment schedule, revisions, ownership of the finished work, what happens to the code and the domain, and how either side can stop — all of that lives in the written quote and agreement for your project. If something there conflicts with this page, that document wins.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago, and the courts of Trinidad & Tobago have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
Questions
Anything here you would like in plainer language, or in writing before you commit — just ask. We would rather answer it now than have it surface later.
