Privacy policy

Who this is about

Telic is a web design and development studio based in Trinidad & Tobago. This policy covers telicweb.com. It does not cover the websites we built for other businesses — those are run by their owners, under their own policies — and it does not cover ServersRus, which is a separate business with its own terms.

What we do not collect

• No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no heatmap or session recorder.
• No advertising or tracking cookies, and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
• No accounts, no logins, no newsletter list.
• No third-party scripts loaded from anyone else's servers.

The six-question brief

The brief on Start a project runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us, not stored on a server and not visible to us at any point. The page can copy the finished brief to your clipboard or download it as a text file — after that, it goes to us only if you send it, by WhatsApp or however you prefer.

The one thing stored in your browser

If you arrive from ServersRus, the link carries a ?src= tag and we keep it in your browser's session storage under telic_src so that an enquiry can say where it came from. It holds a single word, it is not a cookie, it is never sent anywhere by itself, and it disappears when you close the tab.

When you contact us

If you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, those services carry the message and handle it under their own privacy policies — Telic has no control over that part. Once it reaches us, we hold what you sent (your message, your number or handle, and anything you choose to tell us about the project) for as long as needed to answer you and, if we work together, to run the project and keep proper business records.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by ServersRus and delivered through Cloudflare. As with any website, the servers in front of it keep standard request logs — IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, the time — used for security, abuse prevention and keeping the site up. We do not combine those logs with anything else or use them to build a profile of you.

What we never do

We do not sell your information, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone for marketing. The only parties who touch your data are the ones named above — the hosting and network providers that deliver the site, and the messaging platforms you choose to contact us through.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. If you have messaged us and would rather we did not keep the conversation, say so and we will remove it — subject to any records we are legally required to keep. Reach us on the contact page.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If the site changes in a way that affects this — an analytics tool, a real contact form, an embedded chat widget — this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
