About
A studio built around one question.
Telic designs and builds websites, online stores and business systems from Trinidad & Tobago. Every project starts with what the business is trying to achieve, and the build is the shortest route there.
What the name means
Telic — directed toward a particular end. From the Greek telos: end, goal, purpose. The mark is a chevron and a dot with a deliberate gap between them: direction, the intended end, and the distance still to cover. That gap is where the work happens. How we work goes through it properly.
What we build
Four things, and they are related on purpose.
- Websites — built around a single job: win the enquiry, prove the company is real, or answer the question that keeps coming up on the phone.
- Online stores — storefronts and payment flows wired to processors that actually work for a Trinidad & Tobago account, so orders arrive complete and the money lands.
- Business systems — bookings, quotes, invoicing, records. The unglamorous things that replace a process currently living in somebody's phone.
- Custom development — applications, integrations and dashboards, for the cases where the standard product genuinely does not do it.
What we do not do
Telic is not a full-service agency. We do not run social media accounts, buy ads, print things or sell “digital marketing solutions”. Every service bolted onto a studio makes the name mean slightly less, and we would rather it kept meaning one thing. If what you need is outside that, we will say so — usually faster than a quote would take.
Telic and ServersRus
They are two separate businesses under the same ownership, and they do different jobs. Telic builds it. ServersRus keeps it running. Most of our clients use both, because it is simpler when the people who built the thing can reach the server it runs on. Neither one requires the other: you can host a Telic build anywhere you like, and ServersRus hosts plenty of sites we had nothing to do with.
It matters to say plainly, because a lot of our work is currently reachable at a .serversrus.net address. Those are live production sites for real businesses, on the infrastructure side of the same house — not demos.
Where we work
We are based in Trinidad & Tobago and work across the Caribbean. Projects run remotely — brief, quote, build, launch — which is what makes the same studio practical for a client in Port of Spain and one in Bridgetown. Prices are quoted in TTD.
The proof
24 live builds, every one of them reachable right now: Carnival bands, restaurants, a loc studio, malls, storefronts, whole platforms and the odd calculator. Six of them have the full story behind them — what was asked for, what the problem turned out to be, and what got built. See the work.
Talk to us
The most useful first step is the six-question brief: about three minutes, and you walk away with a written recommendation whether or not you send it to us. Or just get in touch.
